After two months of owning my very own Btwin Rockrider 5.3, I started out by doing several short rides, some of were done several times spanning over few weekends. These short bicycle rides initially started out with few kilometres round the block during the weekends. Then ventured further from IIM, Bannerghatta Road and then to Domlur Flyover covering a total of 25 kms. A few weeks later on the weekend, my schoolmate buddy and I bicycled from IIM, Bannerghatta Road to Unknown Road via Country Club off Bannerghatta Road and back, covering a total of 29 kms.
My schoolmate buddy Deepak and I decided to do another bicycle ride during the weekend. We started out on our MTB bicycles at 7 am from the entrance of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) on Bannerghatta Road up to the Ramakrishna Mission school campus in a small village Ragihalli, that is situated past the Ragihalli State Forest perimeter, much after Bannerghatta National Park. Having spend some time there, we then bicycled back taking several breaks along the way to hydrate with water and coconut water and biscuits, till we got back to the start point of today's ride by 12 noon.
